School Calendar 2025-2027

Calendar & Closures

Our online calendar is always up to date and reflects the most current school schedule. As schedules may occasionally change, we encourage families to check the calendar regularly for updates.

In the event of inclement weather or emergencies that cause a delay or closure, families will be notified via email and Brightwheel.

Tuition & Closures Policy

Tuition remains unchanged during months that include scheduled closings (holidays, recess, professional development), emergency closures, or weather-related events.
No credits, refunds, or make-up days are provided for missed days due to illness, travel, or any school closure.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to the final month’s tuition with 60 days’ written notice of withdrawal by submitting a Withdrawal Form.
Monthly tuition is required to maintain enrollment. We do not offer prorated tuition, discounts, or holds for extended family vacations or absences.
Schedule changes for currently enrolled students require 60 days’ advance notice.
